Brasa Peruvian Kitchen is a fast-casual restaurant service salads and warm bowls with real Peruvian flavours. Our first store is opening fall 2021 in First Canadian Place with the expectation to grow throughout North America then globally.
I’m Michel Falcon. I’ve started several businesses throughout my career and now it’s time for my next venture; one that I’m putting all of my effort toward.
